Supply Chain Orchestrator 25.11.1

Supply Chain Orchestrator 25.11.1

Release: November 10, 2025

This release is centered on Repacking—the ability to repack packages into other packages and move them downstream with full traceability. Many teams use repacking to consolidate multiple small parcels into a larger package or pallet, cutting handling costs and simplifying outbound. We’ve also implemented enhancements that help teams work faster and with fewer clicks across WMS.

What’s New?

Repack

  • Repack into a new container: Combine multiple packages into a package or pallet (e.g., 12 small cartons → 1 palletized package) while preserving lot/serial and source lineage.
  • Parent–child traceability: Original packages become children of the new repacked parent; inventory, scans, and audits roll up cleanly.
  • Unified package list: Repacked items appear in the main package list alongside standard packages for filtering, actions, KPIs, and scanning.
  • WR Packages—new List & Card views: Faster, clearer views tailored for repack workflows; see component counts, dims/weight, and status at a glance.
  • Status automation: Repack statuses update automatically as work progresses (create → complete → stage → release), keeping timelines accurate.
  • Labels for repacks: WR label templates now include repack parents and barcodes for dock, staging, and outbound scans.
  • Flows everywhere downstream: Repacked inventory is selectable and releasable from Cargo Release, Consolidation, Shipments, and Pickup & Delivery—no workarounds.

Example use case:
A forwarder receives 15 small boxes for the same consignee. Using the Repack functionality, the team combines them into a single palletized package with updated dimensions/weight. Downstream, the outbound team releases just the pallet, scans one label, and the system retains full child-package history for claims and billing.

New Repack Form (with Photos & Dimensions)

  • Capture photos and dimensions (L×W×H/weight) at the moment of repack across Shipments, Consolidations, Cargo Release, Pickup & Delivery, and Delivery to improve charge accuracy, slotting, and claims support.

Enhancements

“Select All” for High-Volume Actions

  • You can now add many items at once from Add from Inventory using Select All Records when building Warehouse Receipts, Cargo Release, or Pickup & Delivery. This selects every item that matches your current filters (not just what’s on the first page), so bulk adds take a few clicks instead of dozens.

Standardized “Select All” Across WMS Lists

  • “Select All Records” now works the same way across WMS list views. When you select all, it grabs every item that matches your current filters—even across multiple pages—not just the rows on screen. Under the hood, we added an optimized loading framework so large datasets load and apply selections faster and more reliably, giving you predictable results in every grid.

Repack-Aware Widgets & Timelines

  • Widgets and timelines in WR, CR, Shipments, Consolidations, and Pickup & Delivery now surface repack activity. You’ll see repack counts (parents/children), current status, and recent events (e.g., created, completed, labeled, released). Badges/KPIs update in real time, timelines log each repack step, and you can filter or drill into repack items for faster exceptions handling.

Permissions (No New Roles)

  • Repack records use the same package permissions per document (WR, CR, Consol, Shipments, PD).
  • If a user can view/edit packages there, they can view/edit repack parents and children—no changes needed.

Scanning & Labels (Template Update)

  • Repack parents are included on the Warehouse Receipt label.
  • Warehouse Receipt labels now automatically show repack information—displaying the repack parent barcode/ID when applicable.
