What’s New

File Attachments & Preview Across WMS

  • Introduced the ability to upload and preview attachments (documents, images, etc) on Warehouse Receipts, Packages, Shipments, and Cargo Release records.
  • This streamlines documentation (e.g., invoices, BOLs, photos) and keeps all supporting files accessible in one place, improving auditability and speed of operations.

QuickBooks Invoicing: Include Cargo Release Notes

  • Added an option to include Cargo Release notes on the invoice sent to QuickBooks.
  • This ensures important context (special handling, accessorial explanations, internal remarks approved for billing) flows directly into customer-facing invoices, reducing back-and-forth and disputes.

Enhancements

Task Management Filters in WMS

  • Added filtering controls to the Tasks view in WMS, making it easier to sort through your view/data based on any of the columns available in the task view
  • Users can quickly narrow the list and act on pending, past due tasks, etc.

Faster Charge Lookups on Key Forms

  • Under the Charges tab in Warehouse Receipts, Shipments, and Cargo Release, users can now search by item or description.
  • This speeds up validation, reduces scrolling, and helps prevent duplicate or misapplied charges.

Cargo Release List: Richer At-a-Glance View

  • The Cargo Release list now includes additional columns to provide a more comprehensive snapshot without opening each record.
  • Teams can scan, sort, and prioritize releases faster, improving throughput and visibility.

  • We standardized field and action naming conventions across multiple forms.
