What’s New?
Workflows Automation (Beta)
- A new module that enables users & decision-makers to automate various business processes and tasks.
- Helps businesses scale more efficiently by systemizing and enforcing workflows and processes, leading to greater operational consistency and efficiency.
- Users can define specific triggers for workflows—for example, when a data field changes in any SCRM form. Multiple triggers can be added to create complex logics.
- Configurable actions include:
- Automatically sending emails and notifications on behalf of users when specific conditions occur.
- Automatically creating and assigning tasks with predefined instructions.
- Delaying action triggers and specifying execution time ranges.
- Advanced decision trees (logic-based conditions) allow users to configure workflows for different and complex scenarios.
- Free version: Users can access one workflow without limitations – all features. For additional workflows, contact your account manager.
Note: Workflows Automation will be deployed incrementally across all customers. To gain early access or request a demo, please contact your account manager.
Improvements
Expanded Custom Reporting Capabilities
- Three new data sources—emails, meetings, and tasks—have been added to custom reports.
- Users can now generate reports on all emails, meetings, and tasks logged in the system (in addition to emails).
- Reports can be visualized using preferred graph types, with the ability to add or remove data grids.
- Optional filters allow users to refine data by department and branch. More filters coming soon.
- Users can define report ownership and control who can view or modify reports.
- Fully customizable reporting enables users and managers to track trends in key business, operational, and sales activities (calls, emails, meetings, tasks).
Enhanced User Experience in System Reports
- Track the number of companies by pipeline stage and analyze trends using three chart types: Line, Clustered Columns, and Stacked Columns.
- Drill down into any data point to see detailed company breakdowns, including when they were moved to each stage, the date, and the responsible user.
